Creative Arts Therapist

Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a dedicated Creative Arts Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team on a full-time, day-shift basis. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and deliver creative arts, recreational, occupational, dance, and movement therapies as supportive components of the treatment program. Working closely with the interdisciplinary team, you will help develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote healing, self-expression, and improved wellbeing. The pay range for this position is $29.20–$37.77 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient needs and develop therapeutic programs using creative arts, recreational, occupational, or dance/movement modalities
• Deliver structured, evidence-informed therapeutic sessions that support treatment goals and patient engagement
• Collaborate with the full treatment team to create and implement individualized plans of care
• Contribute to a supportive, healing environment through group and individual therapeutic activities
• Maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and Inspira Health policies

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Recreational Therapy, Art Therapy, Counseling, or similar field
• 1+ year(s) of experience providing Behavioral Health services
• Certification or licensure in area of specialization preferred; WELLE certification required (must be obtained within the introductory period)
